Good quality genuine acer product. The media could not be loaded. Well its a really good display along with that you get a c to c cable and a hdmi cable. Here are some goods about itSturdy build - fully metal bodySleek design - narrow bezelsHigh resolution - its 1080p 60Hz with HDR supportViewing angle is great too.Overall its a really nice display for this price but here are some downsidesBuilt in speakers sounds very low, since its just a 2W speakersSharpness is not as good as a typical display.Colour accuracy is also not great bit also not that bad.Overall i would recommend this to buy a display for those looking for productivity and also in budget
